We offer a variety of exciting classes designed to introduce kids to the world of sports in a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment. Our age-appropriate programs focus on developing fundamental skills, boosting confidence, and teaching teamwork — all while having a blast!
This playful class introduces our youngest athletes to the basics of movement and sports in a fun, encouraging environment. With lots of running, jumping, throwing, and imaginative gym games, kids build coordination and confidence while having a blast!
They’ll get a taste of sports like soccer, tee-ball, and basketball, along with fun fitness and teamwork activities.
Classes may be held outside depending on weather/season.

This high-energy class is designed for kids ages 7–11 who are ready to build their skills, boost their confidence, and have a blast through sports!
Each week features exciting drills, team games, and active challenges that focus on developing coordination, agility, and teamwork.
Kids will explore a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, flag football, tee-ball/baseball, floor hockey, dodgeball, and fun gym games — all while learning the importance of sportsmanship, communication, and leadership.
Whether your child is new to sports or looking to level up their game, this class offers a supportive environment where they can grow, play, and thrive.
